I installed Carli 3" springs on my '01 2500. Their instructions list that the 2nd Gen and Hemi coils used for this application will be marked for passenger and driver sides.

I didn't see the markings and am now sitting 1/2" - 3/4" high on the passenger side. Is this common if they were installed on opposite sides?

no it is not common,chances are one of your shocks,and struts is just weaker than the other from wear and tear or use. Did your pickup sit cockeyed prior to installation?
