Boost Builder

Looking at a turbo boost builder from BD. Anyone know anything about these and how much more boost you can expect from it?

I'm sure people would love to help you out, but you might want to provide a link or something.

The best way to increase boost is to add more fuel. There are "gadgets" for a lack of a better term that will help the turbo build more boost because they prevent the wastegate from opening or delay the wastegates from opening.

If you want more power, add fuel. Just remember your stock turbo will limit the amount of fuel you can add without getting too hot.

Hmmm I'm curious how that thing is supposed to work....?? Either way you have to mess with your wastegate and add more fuel to get more boost, or a larger turbo and more fuel. That's an odd product

its just a boost fooler.

its ALLOWING more boost to be built. and preventing de-fueling from the ECM when max stock boost is exceeded. its a play on words, aka marketing.

well, thats my take. i havent talked to BD about it...

Yeah, it is a boost fooler. You will gain nothing from it unless you are already setting overboost codes.

Put the nozzle down and walk away from the pump! Gas in a diesel is bad mojo.
