I got some q's about the edge comp, what setting do you usually leave the comp on? I would really like to leave it on 5+5 if I get it. I have 79000 miles on my truck, how long can I expect the vp to last if I leave it on 5+5? I got a fp gauge, and before I get the comp im getting boost and egt gauges so I know what’s going on. My fp looks good.

 

Think you are putting the cart before the horse! Get the comp...than decide, based on your driving, where you want to leave it set. That's why they have 25 different combinations.

As long as you keep fuel pressure up...see no reason why 5x5 would shorten the VP life.
