BOMBING is done

I just finished installing 4000GSK,#60 valve springs and 191DVs. The truck is more then I ever thought it would be. The boost turns up to 38lbs at a blink of an eye. I still have 370s + HTB2 to install in 2 weeks. I'm sorry but I have to say it, the truck is the S@#& and I mean it. The truck runs so good and the turbo is twice as loud as it was .

Thanks guys for all your help to get me to this point.

CRIS- one happy camper, with a rockin truck.

If the BDs are only 300s, I think you would be stupid to spend that kind of money for them when you can get 370s or 300s for $300-$400 or a set of DD3s for $550 from DTT.

I bought the BD XXX edm 130 hp 8 hole injectors for $550 CAN so that is about $400 US these things are great! Can't seem to figure anybody buying extruded honed injectors for that price?

Somewhere I read something about a Slippery Slope and Addiction I guess there could be worse things to do than BOMBING.

Hey guys

All of you are right, BOMBING is never done but it was done for this weekend and the truck still runs and runs better then I thought it would. As for an addiction that might be true as long as the money holds out Now to the point of bombing never being done, once I get some injectors (which ones,I don't know yet) and put my turbo on I think the bombing will be done because all thats left is "TWINS" and "BIG PUMP which I know I can't afford. so I guess that will be it til I win the lottery

roger that... the next step I take is twins, head work, and a bigger clutch... it's kinda all wrapped up in one... I've got the twins almost done, but finding time/money/etc. to get the head work done and afford the clutch has taken a while, and it's still not there

If the convertor is all that is done the transmission you're bombing is probably not done. When I did the plate and injectors on a stock trans the truck would run at 2800 rpm's at anytime you wanted to mash the trottle. A good convertor and trans work fixed the though. Kind of amazing a 7000lb. truck can run that good isn't it! You won't believe the difference with the turbo change.Try the 370's, you'll like them.
