Seeing as you didn't get directions with your cover Cat Cracker I'd be real tempted to call Blue Chip in the morning and get them to fax/email/mail you a copy. Chip is a good guy-he'll help you out. Working from memory, the directions were something along the lines of &quot;turn the pointy screw in until it touches, then another 1-1/2 turns&quot;-but don't quote me on that. I don't think I went that far on mine-I worked under the same directions I advised you earlier-basically barely seated it and worked it in a little at a time until I had full battery voltage. Alright yall. I just swapped covers to the Blue Chip. I didn't screw in the ground screw on the cover. I did screw in the power screw (the red wire) till I felt resistance and then went a little farther. Does that sound right? I also undid both neg. cables on the batteries and I'm going to try and recalibrate the TPS sensor. Just for fun. I'm really bored at work.
