what is a safe level of boost to run with a bd single turbo? i hit 52lbs and i let out don't wanna blow head gasket

 

I wouldn't run that turbo over 40 psi. Anything much over that and the headgasket gets a little iffy. I am also not sure of the efficiency range of the Super B's, but it is most likely more comfortable at 30 to 40 psi. Hope that helps ya some.

 

You dont want to run it much past 45psi. That is starting to get outside of the efficiency range of that charger as well as you are getting into the danger zone on head gaskets.
