Ball flange source?

Ball flange source?
I got a Banks Power Brake without its down pipe, and I need a 4" ball flange and 2 bolt clamp. I need to make a custom downpipe anyway (I can't run stock exhaust with my 13 speed taking up most of the room between the frame rails) so buying a 4" DP just to chop it up is a waste.
The closest I've found is this 20˚*flange but I'm certain that's not right. Any ideas on a source?
