B5.9 Pac Break conversion???

Any ideas on how a Pac break for a Cummins B5.9 be used on our trucks??? I know a compresser would have to be used because they do not run off of a vacuum like ours.... Just a thought, any ideas??

Couldn't you reverse the connection on the exhuast brake and use vacuum on it still??? Crazy and dumb idea...

I dont think so the vacuum cylinders are wider and shorter where as this one has a longer skinny cyclinder. I cant see a reason to why I couldn't fab something up just behind the exhaust elbow and tie it in to my onboard air system (Relays, throttle posistion switch). It seems as though from looking at pac brakes site that the back pressure it creates is the same with the ones for our engines....
