what kind of exhaust flange and downpipe is used on a B1 used in twins, is it just plain exhaust tubing which is about 1/16'' thick or is the downpipe and flange made of heavier pipe, my hx35 downpipe and flange in the twins is 1/4'' so it will hold plenty of weight , but the only turbine flange I can find for the B1 is very thin exhaust tubing which don't look like it would support much weight so does anyone know where to get a heavier built flange for the b1 turbine

 

I'd make a heavier flange. Just trace the shape onto 3/8" plate, and cut it out.

Then grind and drill out the middle to match a gasket.
