auto floor shift
I did this in my 2000 Dakota. I used a regular B&M Megashifter, for the Ram you would have to use the Truck Megashifter... and I'm not sure if that would be high enough or not???? On the Dakota it was nice because when you rested your elbow on the console, your hand would fall right on the shifter. I also made a custom insert for the console out of fiberglass to fit the stock console (and still retain a cupholder). For the Ram, since there's nothing in the way on the floor boards you could just use the B&M base.

One other point... on the Dakota the tranny (46RE) was cable operated, so I used both the stock cable and the B&M cable that way the in dash gear indicator still worked. Since the Ram is a linkage, I'm not sure how you could get the dash indicator to work???
