The DDRP is a direct replacement lift pump that mounts in the factory (side of block) location.

I believe the HPFP mounts on the frame in the same location as the "full meal deal" FASS system.

The DDRP is made to be a direct replacement for the stock lift pump.....BUT, it can also be mounted on the frame rail and used as a pusher pump, you would then remove the stock engine mounted LP. I believe that the DDRP comes as a pump only, if you want to mount it on the frame rail, then you have to order the parts in addition to do so.
The HPFP pump comes with everything to mount it on the frame rail and plumb it to the VP44 and wire it up. It will also bypass the stock pump.
As far as specs between the 2 pumps, I don't not know the differences between the 2.
