Really I've heard of people having trouble with ATS but usually just with their trannys, not on their 3 piece manifolds

"ATS Multi-Piece Pulse Manifolds for the Dodge Cummins application have pulse exhaust flow design, helping to spool up the turbocharger sooner with less exhaust backpressure and increase fuel efficiency. This pulse manifold design eliminates the problems with shrinking and breaking, as well as cracking and gasket issues." .....taken from the ATS website.

....so if they are cracking does anyone know if they are backing up their "eliminate shrinking and breaking" claim?

ATS products might break here and there, but so does everyother product out there.. ATS does have a very good warranty program tho, Any problems with a product that comes with a warranty is replaced and installed free. If the labor was done by them it is also re-done for free ;x

Got to remember the guys cracking the ATS manifolds are usually competitors.
Although I think ATS needs to look into remedying the problem if possible.

I have a BD 3 pc pulse manifold and like it very much. I like the fact that it came assembled and it lined up perfectly. I have put about 60,000 miles on so far with no trouble. I don't remember the price but would buy it again.
Good luck,
Topper

I bgt an HTT. Also pre assembled and they offer a bolt/gasket kit that I really liked!
Quality & fit was excellent... no troubles in 40,000 miles.

We are using a high silicon ductile iron to help prevent any cracking issues. We do also send them out assembled with a high quality fastner that doesnt back out.
