I'm thinkin about buying an ATS Arc Flow Intake horn for my 2001 Cummins H.O. 6 spd. while XDP is having their holiday sale. Is there anyone that has one of these on their truck that can tell me if they think it is worth the money in performance improvement or not. Any of your thoughts on the Arc Flow would be appreciated. Thx!

 

You could spend your money on something else that will actually benefit your truck.
What mods do you have on it now?
Gauges, fuel system?

 

The aftermarket intake horns are known to make little or no performance gains. Save your money.

 

the only one worth anything is the banks twin ram for 12 valves it helps cool the hot running cylinders other then that they have a cool factor

 

I have don't have much done to it performance wise, just a Bullydog rapid flow intake, boost elbow, Hypertech programmer, gauges, and straight pipe.

 

You won't feel much with your mods. If you don't have a true 4" exhaust, just a STR8 piped exhaust, I would get a true 4" exhaust with that money.. Expandit makes a good cheap 4" kit... you'll feel that! P.M. me if you want, I know where you can get a 4" for $320 bucks...
