AREO Turbine Exhaust

Greeting:

I have a question for everyone.
Has anyone ever put Areo turbine muffler on there truck?
How load is it?
Does it live up to its name?

http://www.aero-turbine.com/

Thank You
Ram Kevin

I have no experience with it, but I've heard good things about it.

Most people complain not about performance or sound, but about price.

If price is the only complaint, I'd usually say a product is pretty decent.

I'm running one without the resonator on it, just the standard muffler and it sounds great, not sure if it made much difference on exhaust temps. Where i work we do all the dyno testing for all of aero-turbines vehicles and on certain applications they do really well. On a 97 Corvette it gaines 50 RWHP by replacing only the mufflers. On duramaxes with just a juice box we've seen about a 50 degree drop in EGT's. I'm might have dropped a little bit of heat but nothing major. A lot of the aero-turbine mufflers that we put on are for people they get the drone when towing so we place it in front of their standard 4in flow through muffler. If you are going to just run single aero-turbine muffler you will love the sound. Its a step above a regular 4in mufller and just below straight pipe loud.

There is a sound clip on their site. It's for an 03 Cummins, but you'll get the idea.
