Anyone From Central Kentucky?
Anyone From Central Kentucky?
Guy around Danville, KY named Jimmy Dale Smith (I believe?) runnin' around in a second-gen. 24-valve 3500 (Green, 6spd. 4x4, ext. cab).
From what I've heard, he's got one of the most powerful, yet driveable street trucks around.
Anyone heard of this guy and know what he's running?

Yeah its a Green 4x4 3500 you can miss it it has a single 8" stack outta the bed!
Its a pretty awsome truck. Has a JR Adkins HX55 turbo, and A LOT of fuel!
Dunno if he's on this site but his screen name would be smittybilt if he was. He's over on www.kydtr.com though.

I've met Jimmy a couple of times. I don't know all of the details of his truck, but I know that most of last season he was running a Hybrid turbo and a set of Stage 2 injectors both from J.R. Adkins. The truck is definately one of the toughest true street trucks that I have seen pull.
I believe his member name is "smittybuilt" Most of the post I have seen by him are on KYDTR.com.
OK - I see Mark was a little quicker than I was.

thanks for the compliments. if you want to know all the specifics, i would be glad to talk to you if you would like to call me at 859-239-8450. truck has not had any motor mods and done a whole lot better than was ever expected. it is a street driven truck and as a matter of fact i hauled my buddies truck on a 32ft. gooseneck to shelbyville a few weeks ago in case i broke.
