Found a pair of these (linky) for cheap with some 191DV. How hard are these to install and what should I think about/know before going forward? I'm just about satisfied with the trucks performance. I've got a good tranny with a crap convertor (with a warrenty) with gauges in the garage.

 

They look to be bosch marine injectors. They should be fine for what you want.
