Airdog Won't Prime

I moved my Airdog out of the way to get to my transfer case for a fluid change, then after I put it back and started the truck, the truck cut out after a minute. Now, the Airdog won't pull any fuel. I tried filling the water separator with fuel to prime (like the installation instructions say), and it will just push that fuel through but won't pull any more from the tank.

I already pulled the cover off and checked the gerorator and it's spinning fine. I hooked the little shop vac to the fuel pickup line and was able to pull fuel from tank pickup, so it's not clogged.

It seems like there is way too much of a vacuum (major whoosh sound) when I crack the gas cap after trying to prime. Maybe the vent cap is plugged?

Any ideas?

Ok. Tank vent was not working, and the airdog was working against a vacuum in the tank. Had to gut the tank vent...maybe I'll get a new one, maybe not. Check your tank vent!

I had the same issue with my raptor not priming after removing the inlet screen, I removed the cap and took an air hose to pressurize the tank slightly, worked like a charm.
