Hello,

I am wondering how often y'all clean your filter media if you are running this filter?

I have about 15k miles on the set up with the sock, when I look at the filter it looks a little dirty, but not what I would call in need of cleaning.

I am asking because I have seen a drop in fuel economy and am thinking it is the air filter as fuel and oil are due for a change but not for another 3k miles.

Any opinions are appreciated.

Honestly, from what I have read on here, your best bet would be to replace it with a dry filter. The turbo can suck in that tacky oil and gum it up.
