oK so i am trying to figure out why my truck doesn't have any extra power, and have come down to maybe it is the lack of FASS or similiar fuel pump

so my question is do any of you guys have a stock lift pump and if so what kind of power are you guys seeeing? also how much of a loss am i experiencing w/o a larger volumn pump? BTW I do plan on installing one once i get one in a few weeks.

 

I've got a stock Carter pump on mine. On level 5 on the Juice, it'll pull it down to 7 psi, but I've got to be trying to get down that far. Doesn't seem to lack power at all.

 

If you plan on going aftermarket, which it looks like you are/did. Then you need a after market lift pump. Airdog 150s seem to be the best bang for your buck right now.

 

well I just put a carter on my truck at the beginning of the summer, works fine but my thing is I hear how much power these boxes have mine certainly doesn't have anywhere near the power as advertised and I am trying to figure out why, I mean I can tell it is working but i would think if my truck had gained 160 h.p. 400+ torque, it would be pretty obvious

 

Did you check the pump tap wire, you won't have much more power over stock if its got a bad connection. My friends 2000 with the adreneline and stock lift pump felt like it gained 180hp on level 10.
