Adrenaline Mileage Question

I'm leaving for a 2000mi. trip tonight towing a 4000lb car.
Anyone have a suggestion for what PL will give me the best mileage?

From: East Millsboro, PA.

The mileage max setting is PL01, but towing 4000, I'd run PL02.
