Whats the risk/or ? adding an electric in line fuel pump to an exisiting good carter pump allready on the truck, would it be a problem later if it went out , would the carter lift pump still be able to pull; thanks guys.

 

Yes, one can push, or pull the fuel though the dead pump. It did on mine anyway.
