? About Front Leveling Blocks

I installed a pair of 2" leveling blocks on the front of my '01 Ram. Everything looks great but the steering wheel is now pointing at 11 o'clock when I am driving straight down the road. Would I be safe just centering my steering wheel or does the truck need an entire front end alignment because of the blocks?

From: Kokomo IN.
When I did mine I had it aligned right after I was done. Just adding the spacers " shouldn't " change the alignment, but it did on mine. I would recommend getting one done.

The thing is I just had it aligned about 300 miles ago when I had new tires put on so I really hate to have it done again if I don't really need to. I know I can center the steering wheel and was going to do that. Just wondered if anyone knows for sure if the blocks screw up the caster/camber/toe-in/toe-out?
