Where can I see the different forms of the overlay? ie white w/blue flames and black/silver w/blue letters. Thanks.

the different styles can be viewed on the Turbo diesel register web site.
go to "Product And Accesories" forum (no engine/drivetrain)

look for post "98+ white face gage overlay is alive"

That will give you the basic idea of the looks (they are actually for a gasser) but the actually layout can be seen on the tdr post called "white face overlay is done"
