60# valve springs
60# valve springs
Any suggestions on the best way to install the heavy valve springs without takin the head off? I was thinkin that if you put compressed air in at the injector hole that would work. It wouldn't blow the head gasket would it? runnin each cylinder around to top dead center to stop the valves from droppin would be kinda scary i'd think.
Re:60# valve springs
You DO NOT have to remove the head !!!!!!
I have changed MAny of them.
You just need the right tools and some time.
The back 2 are a pain in thr rear to get to and adjust.
Make you torque the head bolts Correctly or you will have probs.
If you can't do this give me a shout.
