My buddy works on cummins powered boats (about 26 footers) and he can get me a good deal on some marine 370 injectors. However he's not to sure on the technical aspects of the injectors (he works on the hulls, not the engines) so what I'm trying to figure out is, are all 370s the same?? from what he was telling me these engines sound like they use the rotary pumps, and he's describing some sort of "common rail" fuel delivery system. (??) Unfortunately I'm not able to get up there and look at the boats myself, but he know's FOR SURE that they are marine 370 injectors (per the cummins mechanic up there).

So what I'm trying to figure out is if there are different kinds of 370s, or are they all the same?

They should be just regular 370s for a 12v, I think he might be confused on the commonrail part though, those are the new electronic injector engines
