I'm about to get a set of BFG MT's in a 315 size and eagle rims and was wondering how hard they are on front end components compared to 285's, I don't really want to start replacing parts because of big tires, but they do look cool.

 

I run the H2 take offs (315) in the summer and 39" military tires in the winter. Been ok for about 40k miles now but I do have the 03 trac bar conversion and the DSS and duel steering stablisers. The other truck has all the same stuff and has run 33" tires for over 330k miles. Other wise the front end has been ok. We replaced wheel bearings on the one with 33" tires at around 280k or so.
