How fast do your twins spool?Is there a lot of lag?Im looking at a similar set right now,but will have a little more fuel on tap when I do it

They spool up pretty quick but if I just lay on the throttle from a dead stop, it does dump the smoke for a few seconds. I can also fog people if I am in low RPM overdrive with everything on and give it enough throttle to smoke but not downshift.
