2 low conversion, searched but no dice.

The only thing I found did not tell how to do it. Anybody know? I'm looking for the conversion that uses a switch to lock or unlock as it were, the front axle.
Also, I need to know if the conversion is the same on 2nd and 3rd gens as my brother has an 04 and wants to do it to his as well.

the 04 cant b/c it doesnt have the CAD
