? on 2" lift coils

I was looking at buying some 2" lift coils from Carrier Spring and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. How do they ride? How long did it take to get them? Would you buy them again?

TIA
Max

I'll answer just to bump it up.

I've never heard of them.

I've heard they do good work, but I don't know anybody personally who's running them. I'd call and find out what the spring rate is.

I use Coil Spring Specialties, their leveling coil is about $20 more than Carrier. They're in Kansas. CSS coils I can speak to first hand.....I know several of the performance suspension outfits use them.

I use CSS personally. Ordered a pair of coils from them that were +2" with a softer spring rate... something around 380lb/in and absolutely LOVE them. I combined them with Bilstein 5100's at the same time, but the combo is awesome.

Mine did initially have about a 2 and 1/3 inch height and have settled in about 6 months down to the 2". I am very pleased and would do it again. I've had these now about 1 yr... 11,000 miles.

Thanks for the replies. I think I will call both places and see what they have to say.

Thanks again.

what about spacers?

I have installed 2" coil spacers on 4 different cummins now and they work great and only take about 2hrs to install. Not to mention they only cost about $130.
