14 mm head studs?
I heard that 1994 trucks came with 14mm head bolts?

Storm blocks had 14mm mains, non Storm blocks had 12mm, all head bolts are 12mm.

If the block has one oil drain casting for the turbocharger it is a Storm block, if two it is not a Storm block.
