So over on Compd we are trying to get the Buck to change some rulz and add a 2.6 class, get rid of the drag racing.
Maybe even get them to use the NADM rule book for the pulls too.
We need you to add your names in the link below so we can show how many people are in favor of it.

What's wrong with the drag racing I enjoy watching it. Plus it gives the guys that don't want to break things sled pulling something to do.

with the drags there is a much higher chance of hiting a person, you know how many trucks almost hit people cuz they can not stop?

I was wondering how long it was gonna take for one of the flag men to get hit they are in the worst spot ever. That being said I still enjoy the drags they just need to improve saftey a little bit.

Wow... did something happen at the Buck that I missed? I would bet that 99% of the paying spectators love the drag racing.... Stop the drag racing, and I bet a lot of people stop coming... HOWEVER, I must admit safety definitely needs to be improved at the Buck before someone does get hurt.

i agree completely.

Would anyone care to explain to me the differences in the classes or give me a link to some where that explains it?

I enjoy the drag racing but i do think something needs to be done with the street class.

Cecil doesn't give you the excitement of seeing 2 diesel trucks doing 4x4 launches in dirt for 200 feet. Just straight pulling all night would get boring.

Not very many at all because they don't let you in that area AT ALL during pulling or racing, can't even walk through there. i tried and they told me to walk around.

They would have gotten rid of it by now if that was the case.

I don't think drag racing is going anywhere anytime soon.
