So for us non military, do we start addressing you as “yes Gunny” “Yes Gunnery Sargent Madhat “ or do we now need to start throwing a “SIR” in the mix?

Clan looked at me weird when I held up my mug and said; "Heres to Hat and his LEGG." Not kidding, I did this and then I left the room.
