You Can't Fight City Hall?
OK, I'll take the flames on this one.
If someone doesn't like restrictions on the use of one's property, perhaps that individual shouldn't live in a deed-restricted community. And, yes, I live in a deed-restricted community, I keep my property up and I expect others to do likewise.

True.
But, if the community has a law for this, no one is above the law. I would pursue it to the end, or until you run out of money doing it.
Although . . . I dont like the idea of the law requiring someone to move or re-move their own property from their own land that they pay taxes on because YOU dont like their cars. Only in America.

You might want to try the State Attorney General. I had an issue with an out of state company once and you would be surprised how much they can, and are willing to help. If she is an attorney then I'm sure they would love to know all about your situation.
Hope things get better.

Well, I have an update.
After writing letters (with pictures) to the County Board, calling the Sheriff, and the County Attorney at least 20 times each she move the vehicles and mowed the weeds.
I guess you can fight city hall.

Doesn't really pertain to your scenario, but still a funny story. My dad's buddy has a several thousand acre farm, sold off part of it to a developer. Houses are built, a couple right next to the property line, adjacent to an equipment shed of his with some old farm machinery near it. The new owners start right off with heavy handed lawsuits and threats, without asking him to do something about the equipment. So, he puts in a hog pen, a shooting range, a dirt track, drags up an old 1960's looking house trailer that's bent in the middle, decorates the new front yard of the trailer with inflatable easter bunnies and truck tires painted silver and gold, Christmas lights, several Confederate battle flags, parks some old trucks around it, put out a propane cannon on a 2 minute timer to keep deer out of the garden, and made up a trailer with 4 propane cylinders that had air horns attached, so he could turn them on and ignite the flames while they honked. Eventually, someone offered him so much money for that acre of land that he sold it to them, over 300 K, if I remember correctly. They were F'ing with the wrong one that time. You can't help but admire him, that takes guts and some real creativity.
