xtreme 4x4
Today, they are lifting a ford 5 to 15 inches.
got me to thinking
Does anyone make an airbag kit that will do say 2 inches of drop to 4 inches of lift?
Trailering, you dont need the clearance and sometimes, the height is a problem. without a trailer, running down the highway, tuck in and maybe get a few more feet per gallon. off road, you can drop for big side angles or more clearance to keep the body our of the rocks. or get some more flex.
I guess really, Im more of the type of off roader that wants massive droop with just enough clearance to get over the water bars and not get hung up.

Kelderman Air Ride. I had a 6inch lift but if I dumped the bags it would sit right on my 39.5" tires. If I went past the 6" ride height I could get up to about 14" of lift. Thing is, you have to setup your driveline angles for whatever amount of lift you run for the street. When you are parked you can go higher or lower and it's fine, just don't drive it.

The kelderman's I have seen on xtreme and trucks, may have 6 to 10 inches of range, but start by adding 3 to 5 inches.
What I was wanting is to loose 2 inches at the bottom end and get 3 or 4 inches of lift from stock height.

I know what you mean .. When I switched back to 35" tires I wanted to lower the truck back down but to get it to drop to what looked right it rode so spungy that it wasn't a rice ride so it does need to stay around the 6" mark to ride the best.
i know once on "Trucks!" (spike tv) they put a bag system on a CTD. dont remember the exact dimensions of lift or drop, but i know at full lift they were just about looking a freight shaker in the eye on the highway
