What's your favorite Album/CD?
Re:What's your favorite Album/CD?
There is too much good music out there to name one favorite album, at least for me. However, there are some that I've listened to more than others:
Red Headed Stranger--Willie Nelson
Sgt. Pepper -- Beatles
Dark Side of the Moon--Pink Floyd
Hotel California--Eagles
Deja Vu--CSNY
Eat a Peach--Allman Brothers
Sticky Fingers--Rolling Stones
Me and Bobby McGee--Kris Kristofferson
Street Survivor--Lynyrd Skynyrd
Imagine--Eva Cassidy
Take Five--Dave Brubeck
Waiting for Columbus--Little Feat
'68 Comeback Special--Elvis
Five Leaves Left--Nick Drake
I cannot for the life of me pick a single favorite from that list.
Btw, my votes for best Male and Female Vocalists go to Elvis and Patsy Cline. I know opinions vary--they're like elbows; everbody's got one.

Mostly Southern rock but as I get older more country.

Bob Seger's "Main Street" still gives me chills as well the Eagles "Wasted Time".

Nobody has mentioned Eric Clapton yet - Slow Hand still has them all beat.

I have Arrogance - a Raleigh/regional band from the early 80's playing in my laptop right now.

Willie, Waylon, Johnny Cash (love his new song "Hurt"
, both Hanks, George, Garth, Travis Tritt, Clint Black, Alabama, Merle Haggard, Charlie Daniels - any good old honky-tonk country.

I started to list Barry Manilow and the BeeGees but figured I would get banned from the site
