hey dmax, gift cards are good, cause they can get what they want. All I have left to buy for Christmas is $200 worth of gift cards. bro, sis, sis, sis $50 each at either a nice eating place or clothing store for the recent mother in the sis category.

My mom got my dad one of those Craftsman garage cainets. Last weekend I helped him take EVERYTHING out of his garage, clean it, and put it all back in an organized state. That took the whole weekend, but they both got what they wanted. He got a place to work again, and she doesn't have to look at the mess anymore! I also got dad a new RedMax hand held blower to clean off the combime and hay equiptment.

My Mother, who's in her early 60's would like a Garmin or Megellan GPS for navigation while driving, and a pair of Nerf Bars for her 2001 Cummins, Dodge Truck. Her truck only has 21K so I hope she uses the items. Its a family present from all, we just need to get together and get it done... Oh... I hope she hasnt found this site!!

You should stay the favorite for some time with that kind of gift (unless another sibling buys them a car or something)

Go Bucks and Merry Christmas

Fortunately I have good freinds in the right places to land a couple tickets like these. Average price is close to $1500 per seat.

I sure would like to have a new stock trailer -- my existing is about 15 years old and close to needing new floor but otherwise can still get 10 critters w/ tack on into it as long as there are no women watching (wife says you cant put that many mules in there ) but the mules dont seem to complain.

Suprising them on Friday with an electric golf cart - Dad is 82, Mom is 87 - they now live full time in SC (from New Engalnd), so that'll be a way for them to get out and around, check out the neighbors (they live on a golf course but don't play). It'll live in their garage - has a roof, side and rear curtains, 6 cup holders and 3 locking glove boxes (I wonder what the FORMER owners did on the golf course.....), head/tail lights. In SC for $5 and proof of insurance, you can cart on secondary roads up to 2miles from home.

Gift cards are great, too, and the dog...well, that says a lot. I have 3 (one I rescued post Katrina from NOLA - 1o days on the ground w/animal rescue) - not Heelers, but dogs are great. Pictures are always appreciated, as previously said...oh, and TIME - the gift of your time with your folks - that is priceless.

Everyone have a great Holiday !
