I've had two blackberries and to me they don't even compare to my new treo755p, but to the blackberries defense I am more of a touchscreen type of person. And if you really wanna splurge, get an i phone, everyone I know that has one just loves them.

It has a rubber like case that seems to be made to drop to the ground without and problem. I even got washed in the salt water last fall with it on my side and had no troble. I didn't go swimming but was under water for a few seconds. I leave my cell on 24/7 and it usually lasts 6 to 7 days on a charge, but I only talk on it a few times a day.
That all being said it DOES NOT have a camera on it but at todays camera prices it would make since to have a good phone and a cheap digital camera. I know my Moto didn't take great pictures.

Well if you want a rugged phone, its hard to beat the GZ one, I've dropped mine in the toilet, beer mugs, off a roof...everything short of run it over and its never shut off, let alone break. The thing is as indestructible as they come. My cousin is a marine and said a lot of the guys over in Iraq have them, and while the other phones die because of sand, the GZ One keeps kicking.

Yeah no doubt it is a good unit and probably good for lots of guys. I've killed a lot of phones over the years.

Once I lost one during Seeding and then found it 5 months later in the combine, hahahaha. Needless to say it didn't work too good anymore.

Like I said I HAVE TO have a Blackberry, those things look pretty delicate to me with all those little buttons.

I've got the new Casio G'Zone, the blue one. Its pretty rugged and has a good speaker. Dust proof, water resistant, shock resistant. The camera is the worst yet. Otherwise, I like it.
