Rub it in all you want. The snow is almost gone here. Don’t know how those “ other people” can take it. I see snow maybe once a year. It’s nice for the kids but I could do without it.

I take it that you’re preaching this morning. (If memory servers me that is the real reason you are in Mexico) Hope you knock them dead. ............Maybe that was a poor choice of words, how about have a good service

No, I am not preaching this morning and that is not the reason I am here. I am here by choice and the church thing is something that I just got involved in more and more. I do occasionally get asked to preach at the only English speaking church in the city. It is a non denominational church. I am not a preacher or a minister, but I must be doing something right as I keep on getting asked to preach again. Maybe I could be called a lay preacher but that is as far as I would go.
Next Sunday is my turn again. About the only time I wear a tie lately.
Last month a bunch of us distributed a pile of Samaritans Purse boxes to two poor schools in the country. One school had never had anyone give them stuff like this and it really made all of us feel so blessed with what we have in our abundance. The kids (and parents) could not believe that anyone would do this for them.
Sorry, got way aff the thread here.

Four inches of snow yesterday (the most since 1987). Snow's gone today and it's 50*. By the end of the week it's supposed to be 70. Can't wait for the 90 - 100* weather.

Bigfoot, I live in the city of Queretaro (key-ret-a-row) and the state of Queretaro. Find Mexico City on a map and drive three hours NW to Qro.

I wish I would have taken a picture of my dial type thermometer this morning. It was pointed right at -20* at 7A.M.

Wasn't complaining....just stating.

Only in Texas though can you get 4 inches of snow in the morning and by 5:00 that afternoon the only evidence of it is the melting snowmen all the kids in the neighborhood built.

It's like they always say....if you don't like the weather now just wait 30 minutes or so and it will change.

They have been cutting the banks back along the roadways many banks are 10' high

I so ready for spring.

At least yall got something called snow. All we got in College Station was some gloppy stuff that was supposed to be snow and a bunch of sleet and rain. I'll be glad when it warms up some. Then I can install my new gauges.
