Tranny shop near Modesto?
It's time for a new torque converter and valve body. You guys know the drill. Can anyone recommend a good shop in the Central Valley?
Thanks, Wetspirit

Wetspirit, both Rick (runamuk) and I have used a local guy here in Sacto to do our trans valve body, neither of us have done the converter yet , I am happy with the valve body work, never get that shudder happening when going into lock up anymore. anyhow , the local guy has been doing race tranny for a number of years. and does most of Imlers work also. ATO trans is the name of the business , ask for Jim 916-636-3283
when the tranny lets go.... I will probably go with a DTT full build. just haven't found a local guy that does them anywhere close to Sacto.

Thanks for the responses guys! I went up to ATO and got a TC, valve body and intermediate band. What a difference. He has the best transmission shop I have ever seen.
