Track loader vs Acura
I went to one of my jobs yesterday to move my track loader. While it was warming up I was talking to the tile guys. One of them asked if it was my machine. Yes, it is. Then he asked "Did you know the homeowner ran into it last week?" Well, NO!!! Long story short, the wife was backing out of the drive, in a curve, and swung the front end of her Acura into the ripper on the rear.
They said her husband went nuts.
Everybody saw it coming, he was blowing his horn and some folks on the ground were hollering and waving. She just kept on talking on the cell phone until the crash.
I did find four small chips of white paint, really, really small ones. They said the construction superintendent managed to get the bumper cover to stay on with some bungee cords but one of the headlight buckets was a toast.

That's classic. Reminds me of this idiot equip operator I saw last year. This guy was a scraper operator too to boot. This guy wass following a 657 cat that was making a cut on the haul road in his iroc camaro. The scraper got to the part of the road where it crossed the pavement so he lifted the pan and backed up. Luckily the guy in the car got out in time I probably dont need to say what a 657 will do to an iroc but ihop could have used it on their menu.
hahahahaha.
reminds me of those one guy at my old shop who was the perfect candidate for the darwin awards.
was on his phone. backed out a saturn, left the door open in the middle of winter. jumped in a 3/4 ton diesel silverado. still on his phone. pops the truck into reverse and rips off the door.
the saturn dent resistant doors really don't dent. they explode upon impact.
