do you have a valve operated or is it completely gravity feed? I have a 100 gallon that i am installin in mine after the stretch and going to "add" onto that to get a "lil" bit more volume. am concerned about leakage around the canister. not worried about vent lines as they would be extended up to the top tank. everthing will be filled thru the top tank and the factory tank filler neck/door will be eliminated.

Has a valve that can be shut off if needed. Has a float in the fitting to prevent overfilling.

Must say though, on the 2011 (duallys anyway) the filler neck is all metal without enough hose to splice the t fitting into, so I found a metal 1/2 NPT fitting and used a hole saw to cut a 1/2 hole in the filler neck and welded it in. Then just put the valve into the fitting and plumbed it up.

Just a thought I've seen replacement fuel tanks up to 67 gallons probably can find larger, if u wanted to just put a tool box in the bed.
