it's a little warmer here than it should be this time of year. I'm glad the rain is gone for a while.

I hate the ride out there as much as I hate the 'out there' part. Nothing like sitting in one spot for 16 hours contemplating how much you despise the place where you're going.

You would have liked it down here the other night Don. I pulled up to my dads shop around 1830 and out in the field about 50 yards from where my truck was at were two deer just looking at me. One was a buck the other was a doe, the buck was pretty impressive looking, didn't get a chance to count the points on the rack though. Not the biggest buck I've seen but he would have been worth shooting. They just sat there staring at me for the 15 min I was at dads shop. I had the lights on the truck turned on so thats probably why they kept looking at me.
