I was just browsing the DieselStop website. Mercy!!!!
Everytime I accidently hit that site and browse a little I have to say thanks for my Ram and its Cummins. I really feel for some of those people who have poured thousands of dollars and up to their neck in debt for something that gives all those problems. Our little problems are minuscule and pale into the sunset in comparison. I am constantly amazed at how many wish they had their old 7.3 back. And, I am amazed at how many are having driving problems with their autos in Tow/Haul mode. I thought they had a pretty good tranny (our obvious weak point).
So, let's all raise one to the might RAM.

Ford tranny has Aluminum pins on main carrier. We tore it up for a full rebuild twice in 30k miles...virtually no towing and mostly empty. Each rebuild required over 30 new parts that were bent, worn, scratched, pitted or out of spec.

It is funny you said that because I sold my 7.3 a couple of weeks ago I loved that truck I had alot of stuff done with a BTS tranny. I actually ordered a F550 but after all the considerations I bought a Cummins last week, I have been very impressed with the truck. I hate the 6.0 it sucks, my dad and bro have one. Dodge really did their research.
