Someone called me a Redneck cuz...........
If there is a asuch thing as redneck, then I am it. First I live in GA, and I am probably related to half of the cast of Deliverance. Then redneck, would be my deer box, that happens to be a 74 f-100 cab up on four poles, with an aluminum ladder to get up to it. Of course my 4-wheeler has duals all the wway around it, and I have a rack extender just for the cooler, My dog has three legs, one ear; the other was chewed off by a wild hog, had his nuts cut out, and has fell out of the truck, through the rusted out bed too many times to count, oh yeah, his name is Lucky.
When we go huntin, every one still walks in formation like in the civil war, and just use the firing line like the the good ole boys did.
Yup I am redneck.

CAST of Deliverance??? I thought that was a documentary!
chaikwa.
The entire thing sounds pretty ridiculous to me, a lot of childish behavior that ended up making you look a whole lot worse than what upset you in the first place. Sounds to me like the guy saw the ATV's on the pile of firewood and was trying to kid around with you about it
Redneck is not the word I would use here .........

Here's the ultimate redneck, quit the banjo cause the smoke always got in his eyes when he looks at the strings. Wasn't about to take the pipe out. Look familiar to anybody?

Well...... I bought a house in the city because of the girlfriend's work - I still have the farm.
When I get out of my truck(below) at the grocery store, quad in the back or a couple towed behind on my trailer, put on my lid (a.k.a. cowboy hat), Colt cigar hanging out of my mouth, Wranglers, lace-ups, etc., move (complete with limp) around to the passenger side, pull out a crate from the box, and help out a drop dead gorgious, short skirt wearin', five foot nothin' (I'm 6 feet) brunette out of the other side of the truck, you should see the looks and hear the comments thrown our way. I love to have fun with it. I resemble those comments.
BTW, she thinks my trator's sexy. And, the neighbors...well they're still guessin'.

How much does that bumper weigh?
I saw an old Steam Locomotive that had that very same front end on it
I pity the deer that steps in front of that bumper, should just be a case of rinse and go after that
That thing would be worth it's weight in gold in a high deer traffic area
Well gentlemen, the bumper is all aluminum built by a buddy of mine. I designed it, can't weld aluminum worth crap, so took it to him to build. Walla! weighed truck on scale with OEM bumper, put on new one, and reweighed - 38 lbs. heavier than factory - I can pick it up with no help and do bicep curls with it.
It has taken a moose at around 35-40 kph. The pic was taken two days later - notice how much damage - none other than a broken driving light mount which took Brent longer to rig up his welder than it did to fix. Deer do just kind of bounce off. And so do Hyundai owners. Never had an insurance claim with this puppy. I have fun with the looks and comments I get - no one pulls out in front of me anymore. Driving is so much nicer in the city for a country boy that hates driving in the city!
On edit: Ohh, this ain't no commuter vehicle - it's been in the bushes hunting and fishing, to the farm, and on some of the worst trails that can be found in the province. Yes, worth more than it's weight in gold, you'll never see it advertised on ebay, and I'll never own another truck without it. When I do decide to replace this truck, a.k.a. scrape up the funds, we will be reworking the mounts for the new truck.
