This instruction is too vague for a liberal. We will need to have a government program to educate every CDT member (reguardless of national origin) as to the proper proceedure for a custom aviator. There will need to be oversite commitees, elected officials, bugets, new taxes, and NEW computers for everyone because some of us will feel inadequate because we don't have a computer nice as everyone else, also everyone must be able to upload at the same speed so FREE HIGH SPEED CABLE TO ALL!. DTR will now have to charge $75 a month to pay for all of this and it will go out of business in 3 months because no one could afford it.
