Question about Dodge Caravan Tire Pressure Monitoring System

Does anyone know how to disable the System in a 2008 Caravan Cargo Van, it does not have EVIC just a red light, in the winter the tires do not get warm so the light it always on, and I refuse to cover it with black tape!!

Thanks

Put some more air in the tires. I had to do that with my wife's Town & Country. No big deal. Just about 5lbs of extra pressure.....

Swap to nitrogen ....... doesn't expand / contract due to temperature changes like O2 does.

Better for your tires too.

I run the tires on my X about 5 psi over. Nissan gives you a 3 psi range to keep your tires within.

btw, dont use fix a flat in your tires, I killed a sensor like that.

Our Patriot is the same way, I add a couple extra PSI to keep her from beeping.
