Prayers for my Sis, please.

Well, I am at work today after a day of the 24 hour flu. I called to see how my dad was doing as he was down for the count also. My mom answers in a hushed voice "Hurry up, I am at the ER." HUH??!! Well we had a horse (draft) get cuaght up in some wire this morning and they went to go get her out. My sis (15) is calming the horse as my one brother (14) and dad go get something to cut the wire. Well my bro gets back to the horse and noticed my sister crying. Lovingly he says "Rachel, no need to cry for the horse." She goes "Rosy tried to get up and hit me in the head." My bro noticed a rather large knot on her forehead and told her to get inside. She ended up getting head butted by a 2000 lb horse and going to the ER. She had a CT scan. She has sustained a rather nasty concussion but not very dangerous. She is dizzy, hurts and has a "headache the size of Texas".

Now on a other note. She precedes to tell me she is going to sue me for mental and physical anguish. I said I would counter sue for harming my horse through head-butting. She laughed. She is somewhat back to normal.

Thanks

Jon

You got them

My GF Dad "back in the day" was a young blacksmith and while shoeing a horse it kicked him square in the forehead. He was knocked out for two days and yes it did leave a mark

Don't underestimate any injury to the head. There are allot of complications that can arise. If you see her act different in any way, tell your folks, immediately! She's on my prayer list now.
