Pocket Guns
So, I'm getting a pocket gun and I've pretty much narrowed it down to three choices. I thought I'd poll my gun toting buddies on DTR to see what your thoughts are.
I've never fired any of these three so before making a final decision I'll have to do that. I'm assuming that any of the three will easily conceal in the front pocket of pants, jeans or shorts.
I've ranked them in the order that I THINK follows my preference, but I'm not certain because just this morning the snubbie wasn't even on my list of possibilities (yet somehow it now seems to be at the top).
Smith & Wesson 638
Pros: Reliable, easy to use, somewhat accurate and the biggie...my wife could pick it up and use it without having to think about what she needs to do besides point and shoot.
Cons: May be to bulky for pocket carry and only holds 5 rounds of .38 Special +P ammo.

Kel-Tec P-11
Pros: Relatively thin and flat which is good for pocket carry, holds 11 rounds of 9mm ammo, proven reliability and excellent customer service.
Cons: May be too long and tall for pocket carry.

Kel-Tec P-3AT
Pros: So small that it will easily disappear in just about any pocket, holds 7 rounds and is supposedly reliable with great customer service.
Cons: .380 caliber isn't all that powerful.

So, I'm open to your thoughts. I know there are lots of other options out there but I've pretty much narrowed it down to one of these three so try not to muddy the water with suggestions and comments on other guns.
Oh...and don't forget to vote.

One more note...this isn't my primary CCW gun. My primary is a Glock 22. This gun will be used for work, church and other times when it just isn't feasible to strap on a full size handgun.

I carry a 2" sw 38 for a back up weapon.. I would stick with the revolver because no matter how dirty or full of lint it gets it will always go bang when you need it to.. I take it out to qualify and it amazes me how much lint gets in it when you carry in a pocket.. I wouldn't trust any semi auto for pocket carry.. to much lint to slow the slide... may go bang once and stove pipe...
for safety I use a small pocket holster (no straps or anything just a sleeve) that you can buy at most police supply houses just to make sure nothing catches the trigger when you slip it in and also helps to keep it situated in the pocket.. I carry it in my rear pocket and it isn't all that uncomfortable to sit on.

I have a COP 3" 4 barrelled .357 derringer type in Industrial chrome.
A pretty nice piece and definetly effective at close range less than 30 ft.
I do not carry but it is nice to know that I can.
