I know all the mares in a herd will cycle at the same time, and a new mare put into a group will adjust her cycle to match the rest....and yes, mare do have PMS , or something real close...
I have heard that mens bio-rythems will change to match their females cycles.....the senior mare in my personal herd is starting " THE CHANGE" as she calls menopause, and they have her on hormone therapy for a medical issue, sooooo.... I spend alot of time either hiding here on-line or out in the barn.....

PMS= Permissable Man Slaughter. Although there have been time I kinda wished it was PWS.

 

You guys think you've got it bad, my wife is in menopause (and she has PMS) for the SECOND TIME!!
