He needs one of these. There are some good videos on youtube of folks using it. I love to watch people put on helmets because of the flying debris but still wear shorts. Dance puppet boy!!!

I turn 49 on the 27th of this month. Yesterday folks at work were talking about birthdays and their age. Not one person came within 9 yrs of my actual age. Like the other Scott, I am guessed at a much MUCH younger age then my chronological age. Its all in how one is at peace with themselves and how well they care for themselves and others.
Yeah, that sounds good.

Another factor in looking and feeling younger then you are is how you see things in life. I do not see life from a KOMODACHAIR like Chris. I do not see life from an overladen DEPENDS like [censored] and [censored].
My LEGGS are beautiful just like my older Twin's.
Cougar I would be proud to flaunt my AARP if I knew what it was.
Must be an American thing.
Another factor on how to maintain youth is to act like a kid...all the time.
Works for me and my daughter loves it.
Last night she was out on her bicycle with the training wheels on and dared dear old dad to catch her because she can go really REALLY fast.
While she looked back, I stayed right beside her. Should have seen the look on her face to see dear old dad keeping pace with her.
Should have seen my wife's face witnessing the spectacular event.
Should have seen my face after my sprint.

That was the first time I ran at a sprint in several years. It felt pretty good.
Feel fine today too.
I think I may have shocked a few folks on the block as I blasted past their homes. 282 lbs does not blast...it thunders. heheheh
I should add that 14 days ago I was 299lbs!!! My goal is a stealth 250 through the summer. Its gonna feel nice to be skinny and whoop Chris' butt in the chairidiot [...dat be me] race.
